We are in the process of renovating a historic home in Peterborough, New Hampshire that was originally built as Wilson Tavern in 1797 and run for the following 36 years by William Wilson.
And soon it will be an eight guest room inn with beautiful flower and vegetable gardens, a trout pond, hiking trails, a fitness center with Pelotons and treadmills, a sauna, an outdoor pool, a chicken coop, and steam showers in all guest rooms. We plan to have a Tesla charging station, and all electricity will be generated by a solar farm on our property, while heat and air conditioning will come from a geothermal system based upon ten 500-foot wells drilled in the backyard.
We plan to open during the second half of 2020.
